I know this is a challenging time for everyone, BUT remember to choose KINDNESS  & BE HAPPYin all that you do regardless of the current situation.

Pick one act of kindness for each day. After completing the act of kindness, have a conversation with your parent and/or someone from your family/home about what you chose to do and how it made you feel.                                                                       Example:  Help with the dishes or help with dinner.

In addition, start a gratitude journal. Each day, write down one thing you are THANKFUL for in your life. It only needs to be one sentence. Students in Kindergarten and first grade can illustrate what they are thankful for.
Example: Today I am thankful for my family. REMEMBER there is ALWAYS SOMETHING TO BE THANKFUL FOR EACH DAY!  Love you all!!
